Services, fees and refunds

Every engagement is set out in a written proposal or agreement that states the scope, deliverables, fees in US dollars and payment schedule. Nothing on this website is a binding offer.

Refund and cancellation terms are stated in each written proposal. For any question about an invoice, email us and we will answer within five business days.

Privacy

This website does not use cookies or tracking tools, and it does not collect personal data by itself.

We only process the information you send us by email, such as your name, email address and message. We use it to answer you and to run the engagement you ask for. We do not sell or rent it. Payments, when used, are handled by a third-party payment provider, which has its own privacy policy.
